Journal Club of the Week: Drug combinations studies using chou_talalay method

In the 06th February 2017 journal club meeting, the Chou-Talalay method was discussed. The equations used in this statistical technique/method was described. By this statistical method, the  synergism, potentiation, and antagonism can be measured. It is used for single drug and drug combinations pharmacodynamics with automated simulations, for dose-effect data analysis from enzymes, receptors, microorganisms, cells, animals and clinical trials. The IC50, IC95, ED50, LD10, LD50, etc. can be also measured.
