Journal Club of the Week: Production of single chain variable fragment anti-IGE antibody in Leishmania tarentolae and development of iPCR assay

In the 30th January 2017, journal club meeting, Amjad Hayat Khan the graduate of the PhD and a postdoc candidate, briefly introduced himself to the participants and discussed about production of single chain variable fragment anti-IGE antibody in Leishmania tarentolae and development of iPCR assay. The synthesis and production of anti-IGE along with different steps involved in the iPCR techniques were spoken. The production of single chain fragment anti-IGE against Bermuda allergen people and iPCR were detailed. At the end, Mohammad Abdollahi summarized the whole presentation and appreciated the speaker for discussing his valuable research.
