Topic: Mechanisms of protective effect of minocycline on aluminium phosphide-induced renal toxicity in rat

 

In the today journal meeting Hamed Haghi described phosphine toxicity on different systems, mostly cardiovascular, pulmonary and renal system. The presenter talked about the usage of phosphide in the grain storage. In the last session, the speaker proposed how minocycline could be possibly useful as a protective agent against renal toxicity. At the end, all participants asked their questions and gave some suggestions for improving the proposal that were summarized by Prof Mohammad Abdollahi.
